University Services is a shared services function of the University of Melbourne which provides high quality professional services to over 10,000 clients across the University.
Within each of these functions, the need to create a high performing team is critical. In this session, you will learn about their TMS journey so far, the successes and challenges they have faced and how having a common language for the work of high performing teams is making a difference.
The event programme begins at 7.30 am and will conclude at 9.00 am.
